BOOKING POLICY Please review before booking ✨ ⸻ Retainers: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. • Required at time of booking • Applied toward your service total • Non-refundable • Non-transferable Your appointment is not confirmed until I receive your retainer. ⸻ Cancellations: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your retainer.
